Isham Sardouk

Retail Mutations: Adapt or Perish 

Isham Sardouk has served as the Design Director of Victoria’s Secret and the Executive Vice President of WGSN, the global trend authority for fashion and the creative industries. He headed the departments of Trend Analysis, Trend Forecasting and Market Intelligence in Stylesight.

He is now the Chief Creative Officer of Koton, which has been very successful in becoming a global brand. A session on trends, innovation and design with one of the most significant names in this field.

With over two decades in fashion and retail, Isham Sardouk joined Koton in October 2015 as their Chief Creative Officer responsible for the creative direction of the brand globally.

Isham specializes in building visionary collections that anticipate global and local trends while focusing on sustainable growth through speed to market and global scale.  

Prior to joining Koton, Isham was the Executive Vice President of WGSN where he led globally the vision, business development and creative direction of the consulting services. Isham was also the CCO of Stylesight where he headed all major content divisions including Trend Forecasting and Market Intelligence.

Prior to this, Sardouk was the design director for Victoria's Secret in New York, responsible for the concept, color and print development of the brand. Before Victoria's Secret, Isham was the managing and creative director of Promostyl Americas and he worked for Promostyl in France as their creative director for 12 years.

Isham holds a BFA in Design from ESMOD-Paris, France.
